TINY HOME, RENOVATIONS AND EXTENSIONS FAQS

Yes, we are a registered builder (CDB-U 66060) and we only use licensed trades.

Our tiny homes range from $75,000 – $120,000

Depending on what type of project you are doing, we recommend always checking with your local council

Tiny Homes on Wheels (THOWs) are considered and registered as a caravan, in this case a building permit is not required.

As a registered builder, we can assist if your local council requires a building permit. In such cases, we can construct what’s known as a ‘small second dwelling’—similar to a tiny house, but built on skids instead of a trailer.

We provide plumbing, electrical and waterproofing certificates for all our Tiny Homes on Wheels.

Our factory is located at 8 Neerim Crescent, Mitchell Park (Ballarat), Victoria

It sure is!  Contact Prue to arrange a time to visit.  Ph: 0437323494 or admin@bentleybuilding.com.au

Yes, we can arrange this for our clients. We believe in giving our customers the opportunity to speak directly with our trusted solar provider to ensure they receive a setup that’s perfectly tailored to their individual needs.

Once the trailer arrives, construction of a tiny home takes approximately 8-12 weeks.

We work with a trusted delivery partner who handles all our tiny home transports. Once we have your location, we’ll be happy to provide you with a detailed delivery quote.

While we don’t offer in-house financing, we’re happy to connect you with a trusted finance provider who can assist with your loan options.
